Andrew Dick is to positive youth projects what Gordon Ramsay is to hot dinners.

His previous job was at TimeBank, a national volunteering charity, where he help set up loads of volunteering programmes such as Volunteer to Win, which encouraged people to give some of their time to help London win the bid for the 2010 Olympic Games; and a massive, nationwide refugee mentoring programme.

Now, Andrew works his socks off at Envision – a charity that provides young people the opportunity to make a difference, which is exactly what he intends to do with our lucky Battlefronters. At Envision, Andrew works with young folks on tackling issues in their lives and areas and helps them start projects that have a positive impact on their community, their schools and themselves. So he knows all about young people being on a mission to change the world.
