Creating powerful campaigns to bring justice and happiness...

Esther Foreman eats campaigns for breakfast with a side-order of world-changing.

As a committed human rights and social justice campaigner, Esther has tackled numerous issues head-on, bringing about positive change for a number of causes. After graduating from University (where she studied Anthropology), Esther helped out several few charities before working for a company focused on getting essential medicine out to developing countries.

After that, Esther went to work for Shelter, the homeless and bad-housing charity, where she talked the Government into building extra social housing, before moving to Help the Aged, where she ran the Just Equal Treatment campaign to make age discrimination illegal (which she achieved). Now, she works as Policy and Campaigns Manager at Mencap, where she works on issues effecting people with learning difficulties.

When she’s not campaigning, Esther likes to keep bees. Here’s to her putting a sting into our Battlefronters’ campaigns!

"Battlefront is a really important vehicle that reminds younger people that they have the power to change the world around them for the better. I am proud to be able to help the participants who have the passion to do it."
